Why not start going to a yoga class?

Hi,

A lot of you out there want to try yoga but there's always a little bit of fear when it comes to trying new things. That's okay.  That's what all of go through.  Maybe you feel you are not flexible enough or strong enough or relaxed enough.  You can do yoga now.  Yoga is what creates flexibility and strength in the body. It does relax the mind.  Maybe just a little each class. A little is enough. A true yoga class meets you where ever you are at.  I always encourage my students to use props and stretch to their own sensation of stretch.  When you honor your body, when your mind sees where you are and not your neighbor then you are already practicing yoga.  Yoga is making a union between mind and body.

It's hard these days for beginners to enter the ubiquitous Vinyasa class. It's not for beginners but if you search there is a class out there for you.

I'm offering a beginners class out in Sudbury, MA on Dec 13th at 10:00am

Here is the description and details:

HATHA YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Are you thinking about starting yoga? This class is perfect for beginners. Learn the names of the poses as simple cues are given to get you into the pose. Stretch to the comfort of your own body. Heck, if you feel a glimmer of a stretch you are stretching. Simple breathing techniques are taught to bring ease and joy into the pose. Please come experience the wonders of yoga even if it is just for one time.
